Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom orders such as those with custom engraving or custom colors will take slightly longer to process. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

**Please note that Holidays and special promotions might cause processing delays.**

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with 2-3 Day delivery time. Shipping charges for your order vary by location, and will be calculated / displayed at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please click here or use our contact form to contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Orders:

International orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom orders such as those with custom engraving or custom colors will take slightly longer to process. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  We ship to a select number of countries via USPS, shipping charges for your order will vary by location, and will be calculated / displayed at checkout.

 All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your International order (this does not include any time that your package might be held up in customs). Shipping charges for your order vary by location, and will be calculated / displayed at checkout.
